...since I've written a journal. A lot has happened since then:
...I think that just about covers what's been happening in my life.
- I've built my own desktop.
- I've gotten glasses.
- I'm nearly done with High School.
- I've sold my Wacom Intuos 4. Now, that doesn't mean I'm quitting art. The reason I sold it is because over the last few months, I had been saving up for a Cintiq. Selling my tablet (And other things I didn't use or need) helped me get money faster. (Being unemployed, my only sorce of money comes from my allowance.)
- I'm also ABSOLUTLY IN LOVE WITH MY CINTIQ! I've been drawing more over the past few days, I'll be uploading a few pieces hopefully by next week.
...I think that just about covers what's been happening in my life.
This website is not what it was 12 years ago.
I apologize if this journal is hard to read. When I first joined Deviantart, the front page had dozens of new uploads every second. Today, the front page has new deviations maybe every few hours. When Deviantart Eclipse was first announced, signing up for it was optional. The deviants I followed that used it mostly had the same complaint: it was buggy and hard to use. Come 2020, the old interface was no longer available. One feature the old interface had was categories. If I wanted to download brushes or read fanfiction, I didn’t need to type in that many keywords. Eclipse doesn’t have this feature and DA is harder to navigate. Eclipse was one of several decisions that made many DA users move on to greener pastures. And I’m tired of the DA Staff not listening to us. There’s something else I’m considering: I want to start over. This is something I’ve thought about for years. I’ve made decisions I’m not proud of under my old username, DFdirector and I have too many negative memories.
Hope to be off of hiatus tomorrow.
I got carpal tunnel surgery on the 31st of last month, as well as removing a cyst on my right hand. It's taken nearly a whole month for my hand to heal. Tomorrow, I'm getting my cast off and I hope to be drawing again.
I have a set of brushes that I've had ready for a while, the promo image just needs to be finished.
Now on Artstation
Well, I've been on it for a while, I've just been trying to use it a bit more. I will still be active on DA, though.

Back, for now...
It turns out I have very tight muscles in both of my arms, this has made everything (Drawing to typing to holding a book open) painful to do. I'm slowly getting back into drawing and writing again, but new submissions will not be uploaded as frequently compared to last year.
Thank you for your patience.
